So!!! where to start!!!! Yes these are the christmas markets, but they are secondary to the story! the main deal is .... drum roll .... I went to see Donny Osmond, live in person, right in blooming front of me!!!!
Christmas markets were lovely though!
Now I am not going to lie, this was a HUGE thing for me, coming out of shielding has been great but also terrifying. coming to a huge venue like the Ovo?? terrifying. But hey I had two long standing buddies with me, so I was in good hands, thanks to Wendy and Irene I was able to do this.
I read up a lot about big venues, and it seems a lot have been doing a lot to improve their air quality and filtration, but they dont advertise it?? why not? It would make me go more!!!

Am not going to lie, this was very emotional for me, I adored donny when I was young, posters of him all over my bedroom, member of the fan club 😁the second song he sang was puppy love I was almost in tears.
OK this was the MOST insane moment of the concert!!!! Donny came into the audience and went round going into the seats and asking for requests!!!

It was insane, totally insane!!! There were 5 minders with him but they were not going to stop this woman jumping up with Donny!!! he sang happy birthday to her, you can see on her face, that woman will die happy!
I was as close to him as that woman in the picture is 😲I will never forget that night, the video clips from the Andy Williams show and montage from the Donny and Marie show, all took me right back to my childhood!!
Susan Boyle was in the audience, he was so so lovely with her, they sang a bit together, what a lovely man he is and so much energy!!!
