Turner in January

Oh I adore the Turner in January exhibition. This happens every January in Edinburgh. The watercolours are too fragile to go on display permanently so only come out once a year.
I went with my chum Andy. We went for lunch first , sweet potato gnocchi, fantastic.
It still seems slightly surreal getting out and about again but it's lovely.

The above ones are from Abbotsford, Turner and Scott were great chums, who knew!
The above is my hands down favourite, lightening at the Doges Palace in Venice
The rialto bridge, another favourite.
And to top it off I saw these lovely chums on the way home, pretty perfect way to end the day!
