Siblings quilt

 This was a result of me being queen bee for my siblings together group. I tried to pick an easy block which could be easily manipulated if I got some which were not quite up to size. This one worked grand!

Dancing ribbons

 Awww I loved making this, very tricksy but a fabulous result! This was part of a swap with the Edinburgh Modern Quilt guild and partners in Australia, I sent this off to Miss Midge, all done in liberty!

Mini charm squares

 

I also bought quite a few mini charm packs … ! I loved this one, paired it with some nice Tilda Japanese pagoda pink fabric then some lovely blossom fabric, how sweet!

Quilt bees quilts

I was part of a lovely beginners quilt bee organised by the lovely Lou Orth. For my block I sent everyone a selection of pre cut 2.5 blocks to make a 9 patch block, these I put together to make an Irish chain quilt. Folks were so good I managed to make 3 quilts for siblings together. For the pink one above I used my favourite pink polka dot fabric from ikea, I loved that fabric so much.
