Scrappy string quilt

 Well! there are several finished to celebrate, so in no particular order lets start with this one. I totally remodelled my Dear Jane quilt a few months back. Took out all the black sashing, which was great but I was left with a lot of black sashing strips I didnt know what to do with, so I decided lets do a string quilt!!!! I do love a string quilt!

Also it gave me an excuse to use up a load of scraps which makes me happy because i do get stressed by scraps!

Used my tried and trusted method to make the block, using an 8 inch template as a guide

It came along so quickly! such fun blocks to make
